The air conditioning unit is underwhelming and fails to cool the room adequately!!! The small cabinet without a door seems ridiculous for a hotel room!!! Not to mention, noise from neighboring rooms can disrupt sleep at night!!!

The management must have missed my request for a quiet room. instead, I got a noisy one facing the road. and the breakfast? let’s just say, cold bread doesn’t belong anywhere outside of the fridge. honestly woudl ve been nice to have received an upgrade for my suffering, but I just couldn’t hold back my disappointment.

i had a pleasant stay at lilac hotel for 3 nights. the hotel features beautiful and stylish interior architecture. my room was comfortable and clean. not to mention, the sound insulation worked well, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. the proximity to a tunnel made getting around easy.
